Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the tours start time.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
The tour start at 13:30am but the pickup times will be between 12:00-13:00
This tour requires good weather, the captain reserves the right to cancel the trip due to unsafe or inclimate weather, in such an every you will be refunded 100% of your booking or given the option to reschedule to another date.

Pickup from your hotel or villa

Let us know where your staying and we will confirm the exact pickup time for your hotel, please call us if our driver doesn't arrive by the specified time. Occasionally he can be late due to traffic

Get onto the ship

Our team will transport you and your company to the beach, where you will be put on a traditional longtail boat and ferried to the larger ship anchored in either Ao Nang bay or Ao Nam Mao bay. You will be ferried to the larger ship in a traditional long trail boat, please don't leave any of your belongings in the minivan.
